LUCKY’S WATCH PET SERVICES LLC

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: September 26, 2026

Lucky’s Watch Pet Services LLC (“Lucky’s Watch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides dog walking, pet sitting, and pet waste removal services in Vancouver, Washington. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and in the course of providing services, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to visitors to luckyswatchpets.com, to anyone who contacts us, responds to one of our ads, or completes one of our lead forms on social media, and to current and former clients.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 From website visitors

If you complete a contact or inquiry form on our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and a description of your pet.

Our website host, Squarespace, collects standard visitor analytics on our behalf, including pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. Squarespace also sets cookies necessary for the site to function and for those analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It records visits to pages on our website and when an inquiry form is submitted, and sends that information to Meta, which may connect it with information Meta already holds about you. We use it to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in our services. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can limit it through your browser’s cookie or tracking-protection settings. Some of this information is sent to Meta directly by our website host, so browser settings may not block all of it.

1.2 From Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok lead forms

If you complete a lead form attached to one of our ads or posts on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, the platform collects the information you enter, such as your name, telephone number, email address, city or ZIP code, and the service you are interested in, and makes it available to us. We use it the same way as an inquiry sent through our website. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies to information you submit on it.

1.3 When you call, text, email, or message us

If you call, text, or email us, or send us a direct message on social media, we keep a record of your contact information and of the messages you send us.

1.4 From clients

As a client, you provide more detailed information when you create your account, at your meet and greet, or at intake. We keep it in our scheduling platform:

  • Your contact information and service address
  • Property access details, including lockbox or gate codes
  • Your pet’s name, species, breed, age, behavioral and reactivity history, medical conditions, medications, and feeding and care routine
  • Your emergency contact
  • Your veterinary clinic and any treatment authorization limit you set
  • Your payment card information, as described below

1.5 Payment information

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed through our scheduling platform’s payment feature, which runs on Stripe. Stripe handles and stores card details under its own security and privacy practices.

1.6 Photographs

Operational photographs, including photographs confirming your gate or door was secured and visit-report photographs, are taken as part of normal service documentation and shared with you as a service record. They are not published or used for marketing unless you sign the optional Vlog Media Release and Recording Consent, Schedule F of our Client Service Agreement, which governs photograph and video consent for our video series and marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
  • Contact you about our launch and our founding client offer, if you joined our Early Access List
  • Schedule and deliver the services you book
  • Bill you and process payments
  • Communicate with you about your account, upcoming visits, or an active service issue
  • Respond appropriately in a pet-care emergency
  • Meet our recordkeeping, tax, and legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising other than the Meta Pixel described in Section 1.1 and our own direct communications with you.
